The Customer
Jetscreen is a Robotic Systems product, built for the OEMs and product teams adding AI capability to mobile mining equipment. It is supplied white labelled so partners can deploy it under their own branding.
The Problem
AI edge processing is crucial for mobile mining operations, and most applications have very similar hardware requirements. Edge hardware is expensive to develop and validate from scratch, so product teams spend heavily in the development cycle reinventing hardware that is not the core value of their product.
The Technical Solution

The Outcome
To date Jetscreen has been deployed with a multinational mining equipment manufacturer and is running inferences on approximately 2.7GB per second of data in an outdoor mining environment. The validated hardware starting point let the project team focus all of its effort on algorithm development and system usability, which dramatically reduced time to market and lowered development costs.
